Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                 
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 207(FIN) am S "An Act relating                       
to adjustments to royalty reserved to the state to encourage otherwise         
uneconomic production of oil and gas; and providing for an effective           
date" be taken up at this time.                                                
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 207(FIN) am S was                          
before the Senate on reconsideration.                                          
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
placed at the bottom of today's calendar.  Without objection, it was
